These beets are great! Cooked and ready to use. They aren't soft/ squishy or flavorless from being cooked already like canned beets often are. They are firm as if you'd just cooked them from fresh yourself. Because they come in a vacuum sealed pouch (4-5 beets to a pouch) with just a little juice the flavor isn't all drained away as with canned beets. Their color is bright. The smell is intensely fresh. I keep the opened pouches in the box on my pantry shelves and use them often.

If you (hate) beets ...please do not buy these. I say that because as a BEET LOVER, these are the most magnificent BEETS I've ever eaten!! The quality of this product is unmatched. Being organic is the ultimate bonus. Believe me when I tell you these BEETS are gigantic. Tennis ball sized at least. As far as taste goes: DELICIOUS. With regards to texture: perfection, just enough bite. Personally in this environment of higher prices in everything, I think these are an incredible value for what you pay!!Perfect in a smoothie, perfect on a salad, and finally PERFECT cold on its own.If you like BEETS, buy these you'll not be disappointed 🙂 11/10 STARS👍

I’ve tried every shelf stable beet brand (even Gefens non organic).. these are perfect in every way .. texture, flavor , more beets for the buck& and so far ahead of the packI can’t live without them.. soooo good 🥇

I usually get these at Costco and the beets are red and taste great. Sadly these are brownish and not tasty and I couldn’t return it for a refund. So sad.

I cut them, add spicey V8 and let them sit a couple of days = I eat them cold, right out of the frig.... I just used crushed red pepper flakes on a batch that I will let set over night and then try them = can't wait !!!!

I like beets and these are handy to have in the fridge. Saves me the hassle of cooking, peeling, and getting countertop or cutting board and my hands covered with red coloring that’s hard to remove. Just ordered a second batch.
