The Arabian Cookbook: Traditional Arab Cuisine with a Modern Twist Paperback – July 19, 2016

Chef RAmzy , I remember a waiting an off school day to watch him! He is the best chef! The book is great though there is some translation errors! I wish I could have the other book too, the complete Lebanese cuisine ! Please make it available Amazon!

The recipes are simple, quick and very delicious. If you are looking to try the food of a new culture, this is the book for you! Elegant, simple and beautiful. That is Arabian cooking!

The one star is for the Kindle version of the book. The book itself contain great recipes with good explanation (I gave a hard copy as a gift before and it is great, i would give the book 5 stars). However, the Kindle version of the book is simply awful. First, let me the explain the format of this kindle book: Each page has the recipe in English with the original recipe (in Arabic language) on the top right corner of the kindle page. For some reason, the English pages are incomplete (for example if the recipe has 6 steps, the English page will be cut at step 2), and many pages are left blank. Also you cannot highlight the text. Lucky for me I can read Arabic, so I can zoom in on the original Arabic recipe. Conclusion: if you cannot read Arabic, the kindle version of the book is useless. All what you will get is "half" recipes. Save yourself the trouble, get the paperbook.

Loved the pics,stories and recipes. So great that it was also in Arabic. I can't read it but my relatives can. love it.

I liked the book, but some pages are left blank on my kindle, on my computer and on my i pad. Recipes are cut, and the Arabic writing is unclear,l was unable to zoom in or out it.thank you.
