I personally love black jack. Gives me tons of energy and I get things done and talk a lot. However if you are sensitive to caffeine I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! IT IS VERY STRONG AND CAN BRING ON SHAKES AND POSSIBLE PANIC ATTACKS If you tolerate it well it's fabulous.

I received my Stacker 2 Black Jacks in the mail today, I was very excited about trying them because i have been buying the Stacker 2 energy shots over and over again for a while, (not to expensive but after a while adds up ) I ate and took one before I played basketball and i felt great. it gave me energy that lasted the whole time i played, So me and a friend decided after we were done playing basketball to go running. So I said ok but first I went home to eat, and then I took another Black Jack energy pill. At the beginning of the run everything was great but after a few minutes into the run I started to feel a little sick to my stomach. I paid this no mind and continued to run. Coming up to the end of the run it started to get worse but i figured it was just mostly fatigue kicking in and continued to run. I had made it to the end which was a quarter mile sprint and then I knew something was wrong my friend continued. I turned a corner off the side walk and vomited in an alley to avoid throwing up on the side walk, but after I spilled my lunch all over the place i got back to the sprint and finished. It could have been where I had took two of them in one day but the one before was great for playing basketball. So in this review for my experience if you want something to get you going for the day to wake you up or for mild excercize such as basketball, lifting weights, or anything like that you should be fine, but as for running or jogging or any type of hard intense cardio I wouldn't use this product. I would also recommend only taking one of these bad boys a day. From my experience more than one could make you sick. however everyone's body's works differently. So for me i'm only going to take one a day and do less intense excercize while taking this Supplement Great energy, but don't push yourself while using it you could get sick. But overall i do recommend to for energy. I give it 3 out of 5 stars.

nice little boost

Good for energizing a tough workout.

I have one pill at my bedside with water ready to take after I hit snooze on my alarm. It puts the kick in my step that I need to keep sluggish delay from my morning routines. I skip days when unnecessary to avoid tolerance and dependence.

Id start by saying most days i have multiple large coffees, energy drinks and sodas. So im very use to regular caffiene, I ordered this to aid in my weightloss journey, I was already seeing alot of success when I read about ephedra & caffeine stacks. Trying to save money I decided to purchase this instead. I researched and read over the ingredients, everything seemed alright until the day I actually took them! I started with one pill before work with my breakfast. Fast foward to lunch I didn't feel anything abnormal and decides to take another because the instructions say take up to 3 but no more. About an hour after I took the second one I felt extremely anxious, nauseas, super jittery like a very very bad speed comedown. I was anxious and acting weird all night. I barley slept & felt sick the next morning all the way untill lunch time 24 hours after my last dose. These are not worth it. There are many many better options. Fast foward a week I split one capsule in half and felt my heart pounding although it wasn't anything compared to the first time. These have now found a permanent home in my local dump. DO NOT BUY THESE. IF I COULD RATE LOWER THAN 1 STAR I WOULD.
