Works well. I like the small applicator point for the heated prongs. Be careful, the rubber gets very hot. Even getting close to the skin burns...in the video, it shows the woman holding the rubber part....that is definitely false!

doesn't work well on thicker keratin bonds
I don't like the temperature of the connections tool, I believe that it is not hot enough and when i pressed the tip onto a keratin bond, the tip ends has a tendency to go in opposite directions (not together) when pressed together. Maybe the wand can only take a certain level of thin keratin bonds. my bonds are thicker, i have to hold the wand on the bond a long time in order to melt it.
