Best ginger biscuit made :-)
Best ginger biscuit ever made. They taste like a gingerbread & shortbread biscuit had a baby. It has actual pieces of candied ginger in the biscuit. The salted caramel biscuit made by Walkers is also great. Wonderful with a cup of peppermint tea.

A Brit favourite!!!
As a Brit I LOVE ginger biscuits and these are just delicious!! They are crispy which I love. Cannot get my head around the cookies here as they are soft!! I dunk these in my tea and nibble the chunks of ginger - BLISS!!!

Buttery shortbread and ginger
Perfect for biscuits with tea. The texture reads as buttery shortbread. Small chunks of candied ginger bring in sweet and spice. If you don’t have a big sweet tooth this is perfect for the time you want just a little something sweet.

but these were so good that I kept on eating them
I flew 1st on a plane a little over 3 years ago, and I was given a package of these cookies. I don't know what the folks in coach got, but it couldn't have been as delicious as these things. My kid got air sick and threw up, but these were so good that I kept on eating them, even after witnessing the vile pile that my child ejected from her mouth into a bag, while sitting right next to me. And I don't have a very strong stomach lol. I've been on the hunt for them ever since, and I finally just ordered some. They're every bit as good as I remembered. They're not soft, but they're not hard. They're *delightfully* chewy, I guess. There are several chewy pieces of spicy, candied ginger in the sweet biscuit; they're slam full of candied ginger. Spicy, but also sweet. My favorite cookie ever, and I'm a big fan of cookies, in general. I'm presently trying to hold myself back from sitting down and eating an entire container of them. Best cookies EVER.

Wonderful taste - maybe not quite as good as Fortnum + Mason's stem ginger cookies but they didn't last long! A bit on the expensive side but OK for an occasional treat to go with a cup of tea.

Good, but not that Great.
The cookies were good but not great. I was looking for ginger cookies I could buy on repeat. These are not it.
