I've used many shampoos for dreads and this is the one. It smells like you're walking into a head shop after you wash your hair. It doesn't get any better than that people. It not only cleans your hair but it leaves you smelling amazing for like a week or two

This product is far superior to other dreadlock shampoos. No residue but not drying. It came faster than the listing said it would. Great seller. Will buy again for sure.

Only used it a couple of times yet but can already see the difference. My hair feels more hydrated and softer than with the soap bar I used before.

Nag champa is my favorite scent. I do not have dreadlocks but use this on my “normal” hair. My hair is ultra fine and breaks easily.Pros:The scent is fantastic, spot-on, and lasts.Cons:The shampoo seems to leave my hair dry and dull. I’ve started mixing a little in with another shampoo to get the scent but better hair results. I also purchased the nag champa oil and mix one or two drops in with a leave-in conditioner and this seems to help. I had to return the first bottle because it had a partial seal with a ring remaining and the middle missing. There was also some stuff floating in the shampoo like the seal disintegrated. The second bottle arrived with a broken lid and leaked inside the bubble envelope. There was no seal or evidence of one. I think I read somewhere that the bottles are no longer sealed. I didn’t bother reporting another issue and returning it again but the broken lid is unusable. I just leave the lid off. They definitely need to consider different packaging instead of a bubble envelope. Otherwise I think the lid would’ve been ok.

It should be noted that I only have partial installed faux dreads. The top of my head is my hair without anything in it. I didn't see any reason why I couldn't wash my entire scalp and hair with this product. I don't know if I did something wrong or what, but my natural hair feels greasy and like it has product in it. However, my scalp where my dreads are feels nice and clean. There are quite a number of oils in this shampoo which was a bit concerning for me. Next time I will only use this product in between my dreads and use an entirely different shampoo for the rest of my hair. However, I just don't understand why.

I've been using dollylocks for years and I love it so much. This was my first time ordering through here and it went great. The shampoo leaves my scalp feeling so clean. Im able to go an entire week without washing and my hair doesnt feel dirty or itchy at all. Love the nag champa scent 💖

Even tho this was late and the seal was broke…I can get over all that! I got this today and even tho I wasn’t happy I still used it because at this point I have used everything for my dreads. I’m a powder coater, for everyone that knows what that is knows it’s a messy job and powder coat gets everywhere and sticks to everything! My metal beads were turning white and my dreads were getting heavy. Nothing I used took the powder coat out. I said screw it since I had nothing to loose and now I’m hooked! It took 2 washes but my beads are silver again and my dreads are light again and smell amazing! I’ve used the powder detox version and I love that as well! I WILL be ordering again!
