I'm 228-232 pounds, 6'2". For years I've suffered pain due to my big, flat feet. My wife had foot surgery, and I drove her to her podiatrist for the post surgical checkup. While we were there I mentioned my foot pain. He took one look at my feet and said, "Get Superfeet!" At first the price was a shocker, but I invested in a single pair to try. They worked, and they worked well. I subsequently bought two more pairs. Then I discovered the half length style. I bought those for my dress shoes. For the first time in 20 years I could dance all night with my wife and not have terrible pain the next day!I've read the single star reviews, and I'm at a lost to understand the problems. In any case Superfeet get all 5 stars on fit, pain relief, and comfort! Very well done, a great product in my mind!

The most supportive shoe insert for active people, and those with tired feet.

I bought the orange Superfeet insoles because I was looking for solid arch support with added cushioning that the green insoles didn’t provide. I love the green insoles. They give me the high arch support that I need to stay on my feet 10+ hours a day at work. The issue is that they have no cushioning in the forefoot and that becomes a problem after long hours on my feet. The orange insoles have a medium arch support, which works fine for a while, but I need what the green provides. The cushioning in the forefoot is nice, but again, after long hours at work it isn’t quite enough.The biggest con to these is that moving them to other pairs of shoes is a bit of a pain. The arch is supported by a sturdy plastic outer shell and the forefoot foam is floppy. Not a big deal for low top shoes, but I mainly wear 8” boots for work.All that being said, I do continue to use the orange inserts. They do help and they are almost perfect, I just need a little more.

I bought these based on another reviewer. I didn't expect them to do much... I have garbage feet. I was born with very high arches, and my feet are slightly curved inward. in the '70s, the doctors attempted to address this with castings that kind of straightened my feet. I'm 6'5", 260 #, and I have always had problems with foot pain - Plantar fascitis, swelling and pain in the balls of my feet - just a giant ball of suck!I have been provided prescription orthotics, but I only get one set at a time, and moving them from shoe to shoe is a pain, and they are prohibitively expensive. I have been looking for a workable solution for awhile.I have a pair of work boots that are very tough, and well-made. But they hurt my feet. I mean they really hurt my feet. I started looking for orthotics here, and after several hours looking, found these. I ordered them as a roll of the dice. I am glad I did.I wanted to give them a shot, and ensure that they were going to work. Ive had them a little less than a month, and they have made a huge difference. Most days, the boots don't hurt my feet at all. The times they do hurt, it's pretty minorIf your feet suck, give these a shot.

Bought them for my dunlop boots and they feel great after inbroke them in of course but no issues will definitely buy again

Yo tengo un arco bajo en los pies y acostumbro caminar mucho eso en ocasiones causaba dolores en las rodillas o tenia cansancio en los pies utilizando otras plantillas muy acojinadas.Cuando utilize estas plantillas ayudaron en el cansancio y desaparecio el dolor en las rodillas, note que tenia mas estabilidad y firmeza al pisar incluso antes de colocarlo a un calzado me puse de pie sobre las plantillas sin tener ningún problema de perder el equilibrio.Pero tiene poco foam en el area del talon y arco del pie a comparación de otros asi que no se si se puedan utilizar para actividades mas bruscas como deportes, solamente corri un poco utilizando estas plantillas y no tuve molestias pero si sentia un poco el material duro de la plantilla.

I've just purchased a second pair of these to go into my new work boots.My first pair of these are a year old, and still going strong, unfortunately the boots they're in have seen better days.Overall, really comfy and great support, pairing these with a good pair of safety boots (old pair & new pair being Caterpillar Holton S3 safety boots) has alleviated all of my foot issues that arose from working on my feet for 10+ hours a day.Cannot recommend these enough, just make sure you get the right size and support for your feet.
