Great, and best used in pairs.
I use these with the 4" Flora Flex caps. They work well, but I recommend using 2 of these per 4 inch cap simply because if you use only one, you will get more water on one side of the cap than the other. Using 2 per cap I get much more even watering. These are well made and I expect to be able to reuse them for years to come.
