Q: Is this too weak to make Meatballs?

Hi!, Absolutely recommend this scoop! This scoop is strong, sturdy, well made. If I was to make meat balls. I would go one or two sizes up. * Tip: I highly recommend oil the inside of the scoop first. Have fun making meatballs, cookies, cupcakes. Perfect for all 3. Enjoy!

Q: Would the 1 tsp scoop work for butter?

Hello! I tried it and it works. It takes a couple of squeezes, and you have to use your finger to coax it out the rest of the way but it works. I also tried running the scoop under real hot water first and that helps too. I don't know what your need is, but I recommend it, I think it will work for you.

Q: Does this require a lot of squeeze pressure to release?

Hello. I have other scoops that are color coded by Zerroll which I also like but the pressure to squeeze relies on the thumb to push into and towards the other side. This scoop is designed for you to apply equal pressure from within your whole hand. It is much much easier to squeeze and release, a much better ergonomic design. The span of the squeeze seems smaller too which helps. And I have very small hands plus arthritis! I highly recommend this scoop for what might be your situation with weak hands/fingers. Hope this helps!

Broken after using twice

Very poor quality product. The little thingy inside only holds with a hole and got distorted and disolcated after using twice for scooping ice cream...
