Customers complain about broken plastic carry case!
Arrived with broken carry case, all the accessories scattered inside. The plastic is thin and fragile, useless for such a heavy machine. Would not be surprised if it was broken during transportation. My previous machines had solid unbreakable cases with metal locks. Sad to see the renowned Singer brand losing its quality...

Zero stars because it doesnt work!!
I bought this thinking it works but turns out its just junk, it doesnt even work, I was looking forward for using it. Its just disappointing. 👎👎👎👎 If I would be able to put a zero stars I’d use it on this review.
