CEP Construction Electrical Products 6508GU 50-Amp Single Phase Power Box

This thing solved my power problems with my portable PA at live music events. There are a couple venues that don't have robust 115v electrical systems, but they have unused 250V circuits I can plug this dude into and I suddenly have 4 totally legit 20A circuits.Absolute game changer for my audio setup.There's no ground hum, power fluctuations, dips or spikes coming out of this (I have onboard power consumption and metering equipment). I can put on loud, rock solid shows, and this doesn't even blink.

Used for band set up at outdoor wedding reception; Excellent power distribution, steady and even with no disruptions of circuit breaker issues

We took this out of the box brand new and plugged into a large generator for a large city-sponsored event. It worked liked a charm. We were pulling quite a bit of power through this with Subs and Amplifiers and Powered Speakers, a production trailer, not to mention the live bands on stage's equipment. Great product. Will probably be getting another one soon!

I have to wait until monday, take this on site and see how it works before i give a whole review but first thoughts are i paid full price for a returnd unit. Scratches on the legs and some good gouges in the power cable.Update. This has been running like a champ funning 5 - 6" grinders and a metal beveler for a couple of months now.

Recieved spider box today opened box. The first thing I noticed was it looked like they just threw it in box no packaging what so ever no Manuel no nothing. The legs were bent,one was twisted sure I could have put new legs on it but I didnt buy it used.

Building a new home. Subs are having zero issue getting the power they need.

Have not taken it our of the box yet, but looks like a quality product.
