Excellent value for money extension cable for G40 LED indoor/outdoor lights. Make sure you check the connections on your existing lights before ordering as there are a couple of different connection types, I nearly ordered the first one I saw but checked at the last minute as I remembered my Christmas lights had a different connection. Make sure when connecting that you push both ends all the way in as the first time I thought I’d done it the lights didn’t work because although the fit felt right I still had a tiny bit more to push before the connection was made. Like I say a great way to extend your existing lights just check the connections first.

I've used this to extend my Twinkly Strings 100, which has quite a short cable compared to the other Strings sets.The connectors have slightly different tolerances to the Twinkly ones so it's a bit of a squeeze, but they do connect to together with a bit of force.The nut doesn't tighten very well with the thread on the Twinkly side; if you try to tighten too far it skips the thread and you have to start again, but you can get it to a stable tightness after a few goes of getting a feel for it.

Connects to the mains powered festoon lights and has an end-cap if they need to be disconnected.

Useless. This is the second extension bought to fit precisely the lights it is intended to serve. The male and female ends are the same size as the host cable, so the male and female ends can’t connect. Really disappointed. Not fit for purpose.
