Honestly love this product. I started using it two months ago, and my hairdresser suggested it because of my thinner hair, and after about two months of taking it consistently I’ve noticed my hair is genuinely feeling and looking thicker and healthier. The smell/taste is really strong however, so if that bothers you I would suggest taking the gummy version rather than the pills.

This is the second month that I’ve been taking this. I’ve noticed less hair falling out. You generally have to take these things a few months before you see the best results. I am going to continue to take these because I am noticing a big difference in my hair loss.

Somehow it bothers my stomach

I’ve been taking this for years now and I love it. This in combination with better scalp hair has given me great results. However, the recent price change is less appealing. The taste isn’t horrible, notes of rosemary. My hair definitely grows quicker when i take it regularly plus strengthens my nails. Overall a solid hair vitamin.
