Can you leave a 0 star or a neg value for fraud? They are correct, not a soap or detergent and no scent at all. I've tried to be as scientific as possible with no access to a spectrometer, but every thing I find to clean and let this liquid soak on is not effected in the least. I suspect it is water with the smallest amount of bleach in it, but even doupt that. It is certainly not an acid. I can say for a fact it didn't do anything to mold, mildew, or lime in my house. I left it soaking for 24 hours and there was no effect on dark grout. Then put one single drop of bleach on area next to it and it whitened in seconds. Its no wonder the ingredients are not listed, I'm sure they'll close their account and open again under a new name in a day or two. 9 years on Amazon and the first bad review I've ever given. Thanks and drop dead.

I've tried many cleaners to clean my grout. This is just one of many. Didn't work at all. Finally hired someone to come in and clean and reseal with a coloring sealer. Expensive but now they look like new. If your tile is really dirty and has been neglected just hire someone to do it and be done with it. I used Grout Medic, they're all over.

Was very happy with it, but had to use it two times, really need to use it on just a couple of spots one more time. I will definitely buy it again.

Thank you for providing a product that works as advertised. Combined with the power brushes, this makes cleaning showers super easy and I no longer dread having to do this task. My wife was also impressed by the product and had no complaints about the cleaning abilities or odors. I chock this up as a win-win. Overrated and costly tile cleaner, which hardly dented even modestly dirty grout lines, even when used full-strength. I followed directions exactly, scrubbing the cleaner in after waiting 5 minutes, all to no effect. Perhaps it works best on tiles which don't need a cleaning!

Cleans grout better than most. Oxyclean may work just as good but harder to clean up.

I thought this cleaner would work better than a store brand (like Ace Hardware)----I was wrong. Takes too much effort..even at full strength

Does a great job of cleaning grout and tile. I used it with a brush on my drill to clean a tub surround in preparation for regrouting. Did a great job. Also used it to clean floor tile grout.
