Yes, the stone holder in the picture does come with the stone and yes it can be used with all other Ultra Sharp Diamond stones. In fact, the stone holder is adjustable and can be used with any stone that is between 6" and 9" long.

What is the flatness tolerance of these stones?

+/- .001 (1/1000th) over the entire length/width of the stone.

What is the diamonds per square inch?

The number of particles per square inch depends on the grit of the stone. In practical terms, grit is the number of abrasive particles that can pass through a screen with specific sized openings. A 100 grit abrasive particle will pass through a mesh screen that has 100 openings per inch. (This definition is generally accepted but the values are approximate. The thickness of the wire used to make a specific screen will vary the number of openings per square inch of that specific screen.)In general, a higher grit number represents a smaller particle size that will produce a finer edge. A lower grit number indicates a larger coarser particle size that will remove material much faster.
