Why pay more
It’s a good pre-workout. Look at the ingredients; it basically has all the stuff you’d want. It gives a bit of face itch/tingle, but the lemon tastes fine, it mixes easily, it’s cheap (always available at £16 somewhere) and it’s available at supermarkets and service stations if you run out. Doesn’t give the craziest “pump” but provides a reliable focus and boost to performance, and no crash afterwards, no palpitations etc. just a good dependable product.

Lemsip vibes 🍋
I think the product is great value for money and its physical effects are good (sans some skin/itching reactions I've had, but I've had this across multiple brands) but unless you like the taste of lemsip cold and flu relief, do not buy sherbet lemon! It tastes just like lemsip. I expected a fruity, sweet and sour sherbet taste but it is a somewhat bitter, acidic lemon medicine taste. I mix it with sugar free strawberry syrup/squash to cut the taste/bitterness. I definitely wouldn't buy that flavour again, but I would try another flavour! Texture wise, it mixes well just with a spoon or in a shaker bottle, though do let it sit for a few minutes at least for the drink to become less cloudy - it tastes better and has no powdery texture the longer it has been sitting mixed.

Gives you an additional boost
Using this before weight training and playing sports. May be subjective but I feel a slight edge during and a little bit more of a power boost towards the end off exercise compared to not taking.Only negatives are that it doesn’t dissolve very well, so you can feel the last bit of powder stick to the inside of your mouth, so I have to wash it down with a couple of sips of plain water after. It also has a slightly bitter after taste.Other than that a really good product.

Good taste
It’s pretty good, works well. Only need to take on training days but you do need to have a week off or your body gets too tolerant to the caffeine and other ingredients so the effects or not as strong unless you double dose, which then makes it very expense, a tub lasts me about a month

Effective stuff
Good heavens! This is quite potent stuff. Friends have always joked I'm a bit stimulant intolerant and can be prone to hyperactivity from stimulants or sugar (yes, I am a grown man!). I don't drink anything with caffeine in and wouldn't touch those awful energy drinks with a barge pole so my body isn't caffeine-hardened. Therefore, I might be getting more effect out of this than most.I use this just for mountain biking. I take 3/4 of a scoop in a cup of water ten minutes before. I can actually feel myself feeling energised (should I be worried about this?!). For the first twenty miles I feel a bit...forgive the expression... like I've got wings!! But this can be a problem as you can end up not pacing yourself early and you could potentially even over exert yourself and all the dangers that come with it. So I would recommend using with caution and don't go straight in with a full scoop as per serving suggestion. Also, there was a spate of some people taking caffeine based work out supplements like this neat. You really have to wonder, but never ever ever ever do this! It's meant to be taken diluted in water. But boy does it work!!Flavour is actually really nice. You don't get much in a tub so I would save this for special occasions only. I only use if I'm doing a speed ride or long distance (over 35 miles).

Effective and cheap
This is a great tasting pre workout that mixes easily. The caffeine content also makes it effective

Great formula
Bought for my partner, she likes the brand and the formula used but sometimes the flavours are a little on the sour side

Amazing, no crash, great results
Almost aged 50 and always had a red bull before the gym until I discovered this. It hits within half an hour and get an energy boost like nothing I've known. I'm still feeling great by 6pm at night having had a scoop at 7am. No more red bull either. Workout 6 times a week and both my cardio and weights have gone to another level. at around 80p per scoop, it's cheaper than redbull too. Highly, highly recommended. No adverse effects at all (although I wouldn't take it other than first thing as I'd imagine sleeping would be an issue)
