I don't have the best diet but I feel good knowing that these will help improve the amount of vitamins and minerals in my diet. These are a fairly large tablet but aren't difficult to swallow. I like being able to purchase a sizeable quantity so that I don't have to keep purchasing them every month.

I have taken these vitamins for several years as a diet supplement. Good combination of nutrients. Hard to find these in my area and thankfully available via Amazon.

I ordered this so I didn’t have to go in to the store. But also the price was better and I didn’t have to use gas.

Good vitamins with everything you need. I've taken them for years. Large pill, but still goes down easily. It could probably be cut.
