Expensive
I've noticed that the filter seems to attract a lot of dust and fingerprints, which can be frustrating to deal withAdditionally, I feel that the price is a bit high compared to other filters on the market

Yellow/Green/Blue Tinge
As someone else has already discovered there is a peculiar effect when using this filter and one that I have never experienced in well over 30 years. There is a greenish/blueish' streak' for want of a better word under certain light conditions. I learnt from the other reviewer and purchased a Polaroid UV Filter. The problem was solved immediately. I can only assume it must be to do with the coating. Would have liked to given a higher star, but I have to be honest. Not that impressed - sorry.

Great Value for Money and a Great Filter Too!
Purchased this lens filter as I was looking for a filter no thicker than 3mm, that would fit inside a new Haoge lens hood (that can’t take thick filters) for my X100V, to protect the lens and make the camera weather sealed – if you don’t know about the new X100V, it needs a filter to be weather sealed. After a bit of hunting for a 3mm thick filter, I found this filter by K&F Concepts on Amazon. I was sceptical that it was only £5.99, and there were some complaints of a colour cast; however, I thought I would give it a bash for the price. The box it arrived in isn’t the greatest but it did it’s job and the filter arrived unmarked. I held it over a white surface and I could indeed see a slight brown coloured tint; however, I don’t see any colour cast in the images. If you hold the filter against the light you can see a purple reflection, I tried to show this in the images but it’s a bit blown out. It looks very much like the anti-reflective coating you get on spectacles - I don’t mind it.Overall, I’m amazed, it’s actually a really good filter with good flare control and no obvious ghosting – I was shooting into the sun yesterday and it performed really well. I’ve purchased far more expensive filters in the past that weren’t this good.Recommended – thinking of buying a second one as a spare!

Green colur cast - possible fake reviews?
I have serious doubts about the veracity of all the raving reviews about this filter. The copy I received has a very visible green colour cast about it. Therefore, stating that this is a great filter or even that it is great for the price is only acceptable from reviewers who could be: 1-Colour blind; 2- Taking pictures in black white only; 3-Wishing to spend hours correcting the colour; or 4-Faking the review. By the way, the polarizer filter is similar. Are there any positives? Yes. The packaging is good, and the filter construction appears robust (did not test long term). Oh, and the price is cheap, which is not surprising considering the results.Suggestion: look elsewhere. Happy shooting.

Green-yellow tinge
Slight yellow-green tinge is a problem for colour photography. Easily visible by eye when looking at anything white with and without the filter. Packaging and presentation is very nice and looks premium but that's not what I'm interested in. There's no option to contact the seller; only to return the item, which for £7 with a long walk and all the hassle just isn't worth it. I have bought the Polaroid one for £1 extra.

Good value UV filter
I know a lot of people don’t use UV filters, but I like to have them for protection. I’m often at the beach and it keeps the front of the lens protected from sea spray and sand. This UV filter is one of the best I’ve used. It doesn’t affect picture quality at all, and the ridged parts make it easy to grip the filter to remove or attach it. It feels good quality and is barely noticeable on the front of the lens. It comes in a padded plastic box so it’s useful if you need to store it for future use.I was pleasantly surprised to see that the filter came with three individually sealed microfibre cloths which are always handy. They’re good quality and do a great job of cleaning the lens without leaving smears. The only downside for me is there’s no thread on the outer part of the filter, so you can’t attach another filter on top. This isn’t a major issue, I’ll just need to remove the filter before attaching another one.
