I love the look of these three items in my kitchen. The ‘Brushed Bronze’ is a deeper, more antique gold while the brushed gold is softer, more champagne. I ended up ordering 5 total items and returning 2 because the colors differed. I called Kraus who told me the finishes are consistent across products. They suggested I returned the incorrectly colored items back to amazon and reorder. I did that and my replacement items were all the right color. I did not install these myself so I can’t speak to the ease of that. But all three items work well.The faucet works well and is easy to use. The hose is easy to use with one hand and goes back into the faucet body very easily.The water faucet does what its supposed to do. Some have reported it dips after you turn it off. This is not something I have experienced.The soap works well, no drippage. I got my Kraus sink faucet from Lowe’s but the matching soap dispenser was out of stock so I ordered here. Clearly it was USED. It’s sticky and you can see the residue on my counter in the picture. Also, it did not come with any instructions. I had a professional plumber to come out and install both so unfortunately I had to keep it because it would have cost me an additional service charge for him to return at a later time! Please open all boxes and inspect prior to having someone come out to install. The box was sealed to make it seem like it had never been opened. I was so disappointed!!

It was an easy installation from above and the soap container is easy to fill from above. I am satisfied with it.

I have purchased this soap pump twice. Each time it starts off working great but after a few months, no longer suctions to get the soap up and out. Looks great but doesn't work anymore!

Aesthetically looks please to the eyes! Functionality wise it’s a one star. It’s difficult to pump the soap out and after 6 months it’s stop working. I try every to fix it still not working.
