Q: will it take a bigger motor than 500w

You have to buy a 800 watt motor that's about compatible with the 36 volt module

Q: Is there a way to disable low-voltage cutoff so that this controller can be used on 24V setups?

Not sure. There should be a 24v controller option since the grounds runs at 24v.

Q: How long is the throttle cable? Because i dont want to make modifications to any lenght of that cable?

Q: Would this help if I’m losing charge/power on two new correct batteries?

Yes, my razor did the same. After installing the kit, it worked like new.
