Perfect and easy to clean
This product is inexpensive and works perfectly for holding your soba noodles. The "mat" is plastic without joints for noodle pieces to get stuck on so cleaning is a breeze. I've fit 1.5 bundles comfortably so this was definitely worth the money.

Not dishwasher safe
The item information says that the plate is dishwasher safe but that's a mistake. The back sticker clearly states it's not:No, you cannot put this dish in the dishwasher. The instructions explicitly state that it should not be used in a dishwasher:- 「食洗機や乾燥機では使用できません。」which seems to translate to "Do not use in a dishwasher or dryer."For safe use, it is recommended to hand wash the dish with a sponge and dishwashing detergent.

Plastic and cheap feel
I do not like the feel of the item and it is plastic.
