Learn To Make Your Own Paper
We attended a Maker Faire and my daughter (very into the arts) didn't want to leave the paper making booth. For Christmas we got her this kit. It was perfect! All the materials needed to make paper. You'll need an old or purchase a cheap blender to turn the scraps of paper into mush and a couple plastic dish sinks unless you don't mind making a huge mess in your kitchen sink. The screens are small (5x7), so if you want to make a full sheet you will need to purchase a bigger one or it can be made easily with a few pieces of scrap wood and screen. We spent an afternoon with the neighbor kids one winter day making paper. They loved it. We've since purchased more money flakes to make more paper. Be prepared to make a mess! Children will need to be supervised.

Small
Bought this for my young one so we could have fun project time together. It took a little bit to arrive and once it did, I was a bit surprised that the box was so small. This item will make note card size paper, and you can buy the included items at a fraction of the cost at the Dollar store. Your best bet: Watch a few videos on YouTube and then buy the items.

It was pretty much what I previously home-made
Ok so this is a neat package, but it was not as heavy duty as I expected. It was pretty much what I previously home-made ... and then ordered this one. But the lavender was a great touch. I think it would be a better value if it came with a tub too. Otherwise it's pretty simple. Everything it mentioned was in the package.

Great Do-It-Yourself Craft
We used this product to make wedding invitations for about 140 guests. While it obviously took some time, the product worked flawlessly! We ended up testing out a couple additives for the paper to get the color we wanted, but the ones provided in the kit do give you a good idea of what you might be looking for. We ended up using very small pieces of yarn for our paper. But overall, you can't really go wrong with this kit.

Maybe I was expecting too much!
I bought this for a Christmas gift for my Granddaughter , i was excited as it would be a nice hobby for her. I received this and the first thing that hit me is, wheres the rest of it! i looked through it to find instructions and to my surprise maybe two sentences, no tricks or advice. All in all it was in my opinion cheap! maybe i was expecting too much, but I definitely think it was not worth $45
