Real deal cowboy rope and roping head. Very nice.

Head is small, but ok. The usual black plastic head you see is larger. The rope is a good length, even for adults. It’s just practice, 10-15 ft away, not roping across a prairie. It just wasn’t stiff enough, so it made maintaining a loop that would fall over the easily more difficult than it needed to be. Other than that, rent some hay bales, stick the head in one of them and circle the others around for families to sit on and you have a party.

I bought it for my 11 year old grandson for Christmas. The gloves are way too small and look like they would fit a 5 year old. just know if you get this product and have a child older than four or five the gloves will be too small and you’ll have to buy larger size gloves. Otherwise the product is adequate and looks like it is pictured. I’ll know more when he uses it after Christmas he just moved to Texas from California and wanted a lasso, so I thought this would be perfect for him as a beginner.

Excellent kit used for a component of a educational unit on "cowboys and cattle drives". Attached to a board, the lariat included provided a great activity for students.

One of the gloves broke within a few hours of using it. It’s also lot smaller than expected.

Stakes were missing on first set just wanted replacement stakes .. bought whole new set .. rope became undone and frayed after very little play all in all would not buy again or recommend.. pricey !! Still ended up a stake short after buying two sets !! Disappointed!!

Our son asked Santa for a lasso for Christmas. And let me tell you, it’s was his favorite gift. He’s only 3 so doesn’t fully understand how to use it but can’t wait to buy a little thing in our backyard to push the bill into. If you have a hay barrel that would be ideal but we dont have that lol
