You should seriously consider this phone!!
This phone is everything they advertised, and extremely durable. As far as that goes, I am basically the phone terminator - they usually only make it a few months with me. I have had this one for 2-1/2 years and it is still going strong. As for features and network compatibility, this thing is great:Network - I am using it on T-mobile, no issues. I routinely have a strong signal when others around me have no signal, so the radio in it has plenty of power. When I am in remote mountain areas, sometimes I do have to roam on AT&T and that works fine too (although AT&T claims these phones will not work on their network).Operating system - Android 11, very easy to navigate, and aligns well with the number and placement of buttons on this phone. This phone was so easy to learn, I often felt like I was missing something somewhere. Everything makes sense and no hoops to jump through to use features.Apps - This phone has no extra junk, and no built in ads. I love this. If I want an app, it's Android so I can can add it, but I like it lean and mean. Less is better. If you ever had a Samsung and all their extra junk and ads, you will really appreciate this phone.Thermal imaging - it can see hot or cold spots in superb detail around my house, although the actual temperature readings aren't necessarily spot on - distance from target can account for a degree or two, but it does illustrate temperature differences very well. I have found hot spots in my roof to add more insulation, a leaking hot water line in a wall, as well as underground sprinkler leaks.Touchscreen - I really struggle with touchscreens because I am a contractor and my hands are always either wet or super dry and cracked. This is the best touchscreen I had ever used. It is sensitive and accurate, but not too much so. It does work great with wet hands.Sound quality is super, voices are clear and music is clean, which I was worried about due to the extra waterproofing. The ringtone can be set to an obnoxious level if you're like me and never hear your phone ring.Extra storage - it will read and use a 256 gig micro SDBattery life - I am a minimalist on phone feature usage but it is very solid, often going a week between charges. It is the original battery so that is pretty good after 2-1/2 years. The Power Bank – If you are considering the bundle with the power bank, I have 3 of them. They can charge the phone from zero to full 3-4 times before needing charged, and can hold a full charge for months. Great little back up!!

DO NOT BUY
So after having my S62PRO for a little over a year, it all of a sudden stopped working one day and never came back on. I immediately contacted customer support via email to see what could be done to fix it, bc my job requires me to have a working phone... Despite knowing this, the cust service rep acted like they could really care less and was in no rush to help me...I would send multiple emails each day and would either get no reply at all, or they would email me asking for more information.. After about a week of this, I was finally told that it would cost me $280.59 USD for a Mainboard Replacement, plus the cost of shipping.... and all of that had to be paid up front, bc the warranty had ran out about 3 months prior.I politely told them Thanks, but No Thanks... I dont plan on spending another dime, on any CAT products, from this point on. I'm sure there are some people who've had good experiences with CAT phones .. Unfortunately I'm not one of those people...

Classic CAT!
The phone is great. Not much of a difference as far as thermal camera than the S60.

Not as good as its predecessor
My husband and son both had the previous CAT phone, and that little thing was RUGGED. It could handle nearly all the apps, and served its purpose well. In fact, they're both still functional aside from the fact that the towers require better phones these days. I bought this newer one for my son after towers upgraded. I expected good things for such a high price, but its not even close to as good as the previous CAT phone. Apps crash, it barely functions as a smart phone. I've had cheap prepaid phones work better than this for apps. It does appear to still be a tough little phone, and the infrared camera is pretty handy... But overall, I feel its a very poor choice as a phone in this day and age. Unless you are only looking for a bare basic phone for texting and calls, you will likely be disappointed.

So far can't figure out all the bad reviews..user error?
My mother breaks phones like she messed around with a cursed monkey paw when she was a kid or something...this is made with gorilla glass in the digitizer and is waterproof so time will tell. It works just fine with MINT mobile and after upgrading it to android 11 which is free during setup it has worked just fine with no issues...the only thing we haven't been able to do with this is create hotspots...OH also we upgraded the storage to 256GB which is the max...if you could rock duel sims or sd cards then it would be five stars all day. I will update if we find it breaks...

Great rugged phone
I have had this phone for a year and a half and I have been very pleased with it.This is a very rugged phone. I have dropped it on hard surfaces a countless amount of times with barely any structural damage. The fingerprint sensor did stop working after a particularly hard drop from a very high height (much higher than the rated 6 ft drop specs), but that is my fault for mishandling the phone. I see other reviews on here with pictures of this phone is abysmal condition, and the reviewers complaining the phone is not rugged enough. I have no idea what those people are doing to their phone to leave it is such poor condition, it is almost as if they are actively trying to destroy the phone. Let me assure you though, this phone is extremely rugged made of solid material with a strong frame and a nice rubber layer on the back.Performance is great as well. I could go in depth on the performance and its features but will just say it functions well for everyday use and the price point vs performance is very well balanced. Keep in mind it is a mid tier phone though, do not expect it to perform the same as a fragile $2,000 iphone.Overall, it is a great rugged phone, with pretty good performance for a very reasonable price. It is one of the best phones I have owned. A side note, almost anyone that sees me using this phone ask what type it is, and comments on how much the like it.
