In the beginning the first couple of days I was skeptical because how could something so simple "shed weight". Directions say To take 20 drops in the AM. I prefer to take my 20 drops at 5pm before dinner. I eat breakfast & lunch. Right now I'm mildly active. Nothing changed with diet -- I still eat cheap ramens and chips.The First day I took it - I took it half an hour before lunch time ... lunch came around and I still ate A LOT...so I was giving up the hope I had.Second day I took it again but this time around 5pm after work and although I was hungry I didn't NEED to eat .. I just wanted toOne week later -- my body adjusted to the drops at night time .. I can go to sleep being satisfied with a small portion of food and I'll wake up and use the bathroom & I'm not sure if this can relate to anyone but I have a hard time going #2- I used to have a hard time going and maybe go a day without pooping lol (tmi) but after taking these and getting used to it I sleep on a light stomach and when I wake up I immediately can goI feel really good and energized the next dayDefinetly something worth trying !I get no benefit of writing this review and very rarely do I write one .. but this one is worth the timeI haven't had a reaction, crash or headache from theseI've been drinking green tea almost daily while taking thisThe taste is not great but it's bearable. Has a funky feel on your tongue in the beginning ... not a numbing feeling but tinglyPersonally I'd use it at whatever time a day your comfy with just don't over do itBeing super hungry doesn't mean take 100 drops.. it's all a mindsetWhen you're really hungry. Just take the drops and distract your self with something , the best time to take it is when you are busy ... because food will be the last thing on your mindHope this helps

I did not receive this as a trial and paid full price for them. Let's start with the taste...yes it is horrible, but goes away quickly. As far as appetite suppressant, it has not worked for me. I have GAINED 4 lbs since using them over the past 3 weeks and they seem to constipate me. Maybe one a week I feel a little more energetic, so I don't know if it's from the drops or not. I hope others have a lot better luck if they use them!

Firstly, the package arrived quicker than noted. They are rather easy to take; i normally take 20 drops each morning right after brushing my teeth. The taste is like cough med but not horrible and does not linger in your mouth.I have only consumed them for about a week so i have not weighed in to see if i lost weight but I must mention that the drops help greatly to suppress my appetite. Honestly, i did buy my normal chocolate covered almonds and cookies since its the time of month where i crave unhealthy foods the most. yes i bought these foods but do not desire to eat them. This product has not cause me to feel any different...no headaches..no palpitations nor tremors...no jitters either ...so far so good. i will be updating periodically.UPDATE AFTER 4 MONTHS....i started taking this product this past January...Currently, it is May...i have to say i still LOVE IT!!! The taste is a bit medicincy but its not like you keep it in your mouth forever...only last a couple of seconds. Product did not suppress my appetite overnight; it took a week or two. i noticed weight loss a few weeks later. I am a moderately active exerciser and i had already adjusted my eating a long time ago. I still eat my occasional dougnuts and cookies but i must say it is harder to even eat as much. Truthfully, i dnt even think of eating all together but i never skip meals. Its just easier to eat cleaner now. I also take a daily probiotic as well as a multivitamin.Please dnt follow up with all the negative comments about the product. Try it for yourself, eat healthy and exercise daily and the product works. In fact people are wondering what i am doing to lose weight;some are even wondering if i had weight loss surgery.

I have taken these drops every single day since the day I got it which has had to be at least 30 days or more. It tastes pretty strong like medicine/alcohol. I haven't lost any weight from soley using this product so you will need to include exercise and better eating habits to see weight loss. With that being said, I could have done this without purchasing these drops. I will say that it may have effected my appetite slightly but that's literally the only effect these drops had on me period. Do more research and find something worth the money

I can not say if they work or not. Reading further it sounds like a totally different product than the BeSkinny drops. After I received them, I see the ingredient content is totally different and list is much shorter. Also take note it is a 4oz bottle compared to the usual 2oz bottles. Sounds more like an eppetite suppressant rather than any fat burning characteristics. Ordered them because my preferred drops were not available, but now they are. all this is saying, these drops may work for appetite suppression.

This is a very good product; a great addition to any diet regiment. However, I must also be brutally honest as well, actually consumers considering purchasing this product should be aware this in no magic potion to weight loss. There is a degree of responsibility and ownership that falls on the consumer; nothing in life is easy and everything worth while has a certain degree of pain associated with it and DIETING IN NO EXCEPTION!!! You the consumer need to own your weight loss goals and any sort comings from lack of effort. This product does work, it will help in suppressing your appetite but it’s not magic, you need to put forth some effort. Don’t think for a second your gonna purchase this product sit on the couch and continue on as you’ve been and your weight is going to magically fall off. Use this product as directed in conjunction with a achievable exercise program and reduced calorie intake and you will see results. I can not stress this enough if you put nothing into it don’t expect anything in return.
