Excited to see the results! Hope they happen soon :)
I'm gonna be optimistic and say I love it. When it comes to blocking carbs and speeding up the metabolism I believe it will take some time to watch for the results for a few weeks. I bought this product because i have diabetes. Cinnamon has been known for a very long time to be a blood glucose stabilizer. It is said that it can also repair the Pancreas. Note. I'am not a doctor nor am i stating for a fact that Cinnamon can do what is claimed. see a health care professional for all your medical advise. Now I take this along with insulin and my blood sugar has been stable. I was using Cinnamon sticks but these are just easier and they are organic which is a plus. Made in the USA, this is a solid product. Other stated benefits are to numerous to list here.
