Look good

I like the look it’s chic, but my kids don’t like the waterflow. I bought it for the look I guess it’s serving it’s purpose lol

Overall I did like this but for me my sink was just too deep and too much splashing occurred.

I just moved into my house and had this faucet installed. Love the waterfall look. The handle is easily adjustable to get your water temp where you like it.

I really wanted to contact the seller before writing this review in hopes that they could solve this issue first but there is NO option under my order of this product to "report a problem" like there is with most of my other orders. This is my effort to possibly get their attention here to resolve the problem. We purchased this item many months ago as we were remodeling our bathroom. It was not installed until June at the end of the renovation and we are now long past the time to return the item. First of all, it looks amazing and works just fine. The issue is that the second time I cleaned it with a microfiber cloth and water - the finish came off part of the spout. I was not using any cleaner. I have to say that even if I was though, this is a bathroom faucet and really should be able to withstand being cleaned with bathroom cleaners on a regular basis. This however, was just a microfiber cloth and it looks as if it has been scratched with a heavy duty scrubber. I have attached photos and I hope that the seller might do the right thing here and replace this!

The media could not be loaded.  ----UPDATE----DO NOT BUY IF YOU HAVE HARD WATER. After 9 mos in use, the water flow started getting dramatically worse. There are filters on the hoses that come with it, so I can only assume that the hard water in our house built up deposits over time. I took it off the sink, checked the hoses individually, then reconnected one hose and turned it on… more water came out the other hose connection than out of the spout. There must be some serious blockage somewhere inside the faucet itself.----Original Review----This looked perfect for our recent bathroom remodel. It looks good and works well so far. The only problem is how noisy it is. Maybe because it's so light and thin, it maybe it's inherent in the design... Whatever the reason, it's significantly louder than any other faucet in the house, which keeps me from giving it 5 stars.

This is a great faucet, was easy to install, and has good pressure. The problem is the brushed nickel finish-it has worn off in spots and that’s why I didn’t give it 5 stars. I would buy this again, but would opt for a shiny finish next time.

I'd have to agree with the other review that states that this faucet is HORRIBLE from a cleaning point of view. I have hard water and my softener stopped working properly... what a nightmare! Not necessarily ANY fault of the manufacturer, just this particular hard-angled style, combined with the hard water build up and my own stupid vanity top... IMPOSSIBLE!The overall style and function of the faucet are GREAT! In fact, I now have one cat who refuses to drink water any other way, because this faucet is just a fun little novelty for him now...I probably would still buy the faucet again with a different vanity and a functioning softener.
