I have have water retention problems and Midol was literally the magic pill. Both for PMS and period bloating and other times my body decides to hold on to excess. No flavour, no smell, perfectly packaged. Never had any adverse symptoms, people that mention dizziness or headaches is because they are not drinking enough water. Even when you take this, and ESPECIALLY when you do you must make sure you drink the necessary amount of water. I've been taking them for years, perfectly safe and effective as long as you follow instructions.

Such a lifesaver
I tend to get pretty bad cramps during my time of the month and this particular midol is exactly what works best. There are other variations of the midol but this one is also like anti-bloat and it really helps to ease the pain. This is a good price for the amount of pills and I have this is one of my subscribing things because I always want to have this on hand. Highly recommend!

Life saving medicine! It works, but causes dry mouth. Drink plenty of water and stay close the bathroom. It’s worth it! Best thing that happens to me as a woman with period.
