Houston makes good-quality, lower-priced generic holsters for handguns. The "leather" seems like it could get a bit sticky for inside-waistband carry on a hot day, but otherwise these are great holsters (I own three).This one for red-dot equipped pistols is a good fit for my Sig M-18 or my Walther PDP (the photos show them without the red-dot sight). The holster is definitely made for a longer-barreled handgun, there's a good inch (maybe slightly more) left when the barrel ends on either of my 4.5"-barreled guns.

This holster is soft against skin and stays in place while allowing to easily access the gun. So far, it is excellent.

I got this for my FN 509, its fits very well, can be worn inside and out. I can removed from holster and replace it back with out any complication. The material is soft but durable , I’ve had mine now 6 months and its still in excellent condition.
