I was skeptical about this but so far so good. I wake up at night and eat. Been taking 3 pills before I fall asleep and I haven't had any episodes of waking up to eat. I will say if you are really hungry and take these they don't work as well . I will take them a few hours after a meal and it keeps the snacking away. If you wait till you are already starving you will still eat too much.

Got this little supplement as an appetite suppressant and it works wonders. 4/5 stars because there is a metallic taste/smell to the supplement that worsens the smell of stool and gas, but no physical discomfort from it. Overall it works great as a hold over when skipping meals or to feel full until you're able to eat. Noticed no difference in overall food consumption when taken before eating, I didn't feel any fuller faster or not want to eat as much but on it's own I don't seem to get hungry as often. Overall I do plan to purchase again.

Todavia no se como es el producto pero por ahora esta bien, hice el experimento para ver cuanto se expande, ten en cuenta que es solo agua y no nuestros acido estomacales, supongo que se expande mucho más al abrirse completamente. Espero tener resultados en un mes

I NEVER write an Amazon review. Just didn't have the time. I got this and did what it said 3 pills with lots of water. Day one you go to the bathroom. Day 2 I thought I was dying! I could not stop. To the point I became dehydrated and my stomach and azz is on fire! Graphic, well this is an honest review! I saw some reviews similar and let tiktok influence me. Was I full yes did I pay the price yes. There is no magic pill. After I finally stop i had problems going for 3 days. I never struggle with that. Do your best but this is horrible on your stomach and @@@! You were warned!

WHY WOULD RICE FLOUR BE AN INGREDIENT IN A FIBER PRODUCT LIKE GLUCOMANNAN??? AND SINCE RICE FLOUR WEIGHS MORE THAN GLUCOMMAN, IS THERE MORE RICE FLOUR IN IT THAN GLUCOMANNAN? Shame on me for not noticing at the time of purchase that this product (and 2 other Nutricost items I ordered) has RICE FLOUR. Rice flour is a CHEAP FILLER that is used in some supplements and the biggest thing I avoid like the plaque. Rice has high levels of arsenic in it, and can be unhealthy to consume (especially when the rice is not cooked, but simply ground into a powder from it's raw state). This is the 3rd time I purchased a Nutricost product without being aware that this cheap filler RICE FLOUR was used in it.SHAME ON NUTRICOST (and SHAME ON ME, TOO for assuming this product is unsafe my consumption).I AM UPSET THAT I HAVE WASTED HARD-EARNED MONEY ON A PRODUCT I CANNOT USE. I WILL NEVER PRUCHASE ANOTHER NUTRICOST ITEM AGAIN. When something is priced lower, it can be very helpful to take the time to see if cheap ingredients are used.

If you need help killing food noise, this is it. I've been able to do some intermittent fasting without feeling starved by the end of the afternoon. Lost several pounds already since my purchase a few weeks ago. I also noticed my daily sweet cravings are far and few between. I was having a huge problem letting go of sugar.
