This pan is fantastic. I use it to bake cookies in my little countertop oven. Really good quality thick metal. does not warp. non-stick is real good, my cookies just slide off the pan. Highly recommend. Would buy again.

It has silicone coating to make it nonstick. Don't know if it's safe. I bought it because it fits my Panasonic OTG perfectly. I take care while cleaning it to avoid scraping the coating. Certainly overpriced, but i guess that is because it's imported.

Very happy with this cookie sheet! In fact I am going to order a 2nd one. It feels high quality, nice and heavy and substantial. I haven't used it to bake cookies, the 10x14 is too small for that so can't attest to that. I have used it to heat french fries, leftovers, etc. The cleanup is easy. I was concerned after reading about it staining from cooked on oil, but so far no problem at all. Saw the same cookie sheets at Sur la Table (under their label) for waaay more$.

Best baking sheets ever. Did not warp in the oven. Clean-up was easy.

Super easy to clean. Conducts heat well. Decent for macarons but the OCD in me hates the slight grooves it has. Other than that good value for the money.
