This kit consists of an adapter block that is mounted between the carburetor and the air cleaner. Fuel is then channeled to the proper area in the carburetor so that the original carburetor can control the fuel mixture just the same as running on gasoline. This is the best way to convert your existing gasoline generator into a propane generator, natural gas generator or a tri-fuel generator. Professionals NEVER rely on gasoline as the primary fuel source for their backup generators because of its limited shelf-life and the tendency for this commodity to be hoarded during emergencies and disasters. Now that you have invested in a backup generator, make sure that it runs when you most need it by converting it to use propane, natural gas or even convert it to use all three of the primary fuels (propane, natural gas, gasoline). NOTE: The C-039-122 fuel regulator that comes in this kit ONLY accepts vapor fuel pressure that is 6 - 8 ounces per square inch, which is the equivalence of 11 inches of water column. Basic Installation Step 1 - Remove the air cleaner assembly Step 2 - Install the fuel adapter Step 3 - Assemble fuel regulator and mount on the frame This is only found on our . Includes: C-039-122 Regulator Adapter Adapter Gasket Studs or Screws, Depending on Adapter Vapor Fittings 90° Elbow 90° Fuel Adjustment Elbow Hose Hose Clamp Nuts Bolts Washers Breather Extension Tubes Pipe Sealing Tape Plastic Ties

Will not fit EF3600ISDE
While this product is well-priced for a conversion kit, it DOES NOT fit the EF6300ISDE without major additional modification to the generator. The problem is that the internals of the generator are very tight, and although it appears that the kit WOULD WORK with the generator, the installation will not fit inside the existing cover of the generator. I was unable to find an acceptable solution to make it work, but the Kudos to the seller, who is accepting my return and paying the return shipping.
