Product description These potato fries have been sourced from the finest potatoes. The potatoes are washed, peeled and cut in to fries 9x9mm in size. They are then blanched, dried and pre-fried in 100% vegetable oil before being quick-frozen. Ideal fries for fast food outlets or busy kitchens. These chips can be cooked using the oven or deep fryer. When cooked these fries are delicious and crispy. - Oven: Place the fries in a single layer on a baking tray. Bake for 10-15 minutes in a preheated oven at 210C. Turn halfway through cooking. Deep Fryer: Dip the fries in small quantities in oil at 175C for 3-4 minutes. Drain well before serving.
