Silent, but a little annoying to set up.
Get a press, and you'll need to serve in the cord. It's a bit of a pain, but we'll worth it.The rest itself is a little grippy. Use lube and we go from there

great rest
second one I have purchased . great rest for target. fine adjustments for tuning . I don't hunt and I don't how well this rest would be for hunting because there is no arrow containment.

Put it on my wife's diamond bow and it's great. I wouldn't hesitate to put this on my no cam or triax.

Easy to setup and tune.
Really easy to setup and tune on my Bowtech RPM 360. Very adjustable and the fine tuning capabilities are really nice.
