It's a nice case, really, but when a similar pelican is selling for 50-75$ more, I'd buy the pelican. Let me explain why. When I stand on a pelican case it feels like it's invincible. I tried standing on this case and I felt like if I put my full brunt on it, it was going to crack. That's fine if you have some cheap equipment that you totally don't manhandle getting to the field (telescope stuff). It's not a bad case, I think this is the older design (new one seems like it might be better). I really want to like it, but when it comes down to covering 10k worth of equiptment, I'd rather have a pelican.Edit- after having it a few years and beating it up pretty good, it's held up amazing! I recommend this case highly.

The case was purchased to transport a touch-screen computer. First impression is the case is very heavy but when you're trying to protect something of value that is a good thing. My only complaint is that the pull out handle does not seem to be strong enough to support the weight of the case. Everything except the pullout handle is very high quality so I'd recommend it to anyone who needs to move something fragel.

Very solid and secure. The foam inside was easy to manipulate and form a custom padded interior. The only downside is that it weighs 27 lb empty. This might be an issue if you check it into an airline and will likely exceed the 50 lb limit when full. No complaints, it was easy to maneuver on wheels Through the airport and all the venues I visited. Also received lots of compliments.

High quality case and love how smooth the wheels are.

This case already has served its purpose in protecting an expensive scanner that travels around to student contests. The bright yellow helps it stand out and not be missed when it comes time to pack everything back up to head home. Well worth the cost.

This case is very nice, and of course comes in at less money than a pelican case. The multi-level foam inserts are easy to customize, and the latches have a secondary locking mechanism so it won't pop open.

We use this for our Office in a box for a printer, laptop and tablet. Keeps them dry, and damage free when we use the equipment to help fellow veterans
