This pole is awesome! I bought this it in July 2022. It came with a few dents in the pole but didn’t seem to affect the efficiency whatsoever until a few weeks ago. The top of the pole wasn’t staying up. It would slide down little by little while cleaning high ceiling fans. I reached out to customer support 2 days ago. Best customer support I have ever experienced! This company and the products are top notch. They are sending a new pole this week. I would recommend to anyone!

It is great for washing but the squeegee gets in the way when I'm trying to scrub. It isn't removable or even movable so I have to deal with it. The telescoping handle is superb! The last one I had was bending when I went up high with it until it finally wouldn't retract. This handle is made so well that I can be sure that will never happen. If I were only cleaning windows, it would be perfect!

I live in a high-rise building and it's hard to clean the outside of the windows. Professional washers are expensive, I decided to give Extend=A-Reach a try. It worked great! I was able to easily reach the furthest window, wah it with soft mop side, and then turn it to squeegee off the soap. Mu windows are now nice and clean for spring.

very sturdy pole even when extended the full 12 foot length. At 5ft 2, I needed a ladder to reach the top of my second story windows, but my 6'2 husband would have no trouble reaching the top of the window. The mop head holds a ton of water for cleaning. The width fits easily into a 5 gallon bucket.

The extension handle seems to be of good quality. It’s solid and sturdy and has a good range. I will say that I might’ve gotten away with the shorter version, but I’m short and my windows are above my head. It’s awkward trying to maneuver once it gets very high, but I was able to get them mostly cleaned.The head with the squeegee is of much lesser quality. It’s plastic and comes unscrewed from the pole easily. Be very careful because if the rubber isn’t sitting on the window properly you will scratch your windows. I did.The angle is the problem, it only works if the angle is perfect, otherwise it either skips or scratches the window.

Heavy duty. Works well. Extension is amazing.
