Toller Einblick in das Aufwachsen und Leben einer wahren Reds-Legende. Sehr ausführlich beschrieben und der Text ist auch für nicht so geübte Englischsprecher relativ einfach verständlich. Eine der definitiv besten Sportbiographien die ich bis jetzt gelesen habe.

This is a book that I have wanted for a few months. I really like Jamie Carragher as a player, and I am a Liverpool fan. I wanted to have an insiders' look at the Premiership and I look forward to seeing him play every week. I have also read Beckham's autobiography. I find Carra to be very down to earth. It is extremely funny in certain parts. It is a personal look at Carra's father, his family and who he is as a person. I also like the insight into English culture and European culture in general. I really like this book, and I recommend it for any age or gender that likes soccer and wants to play and think about it all the time! Thank you!

If you have loved Liverpool for 15 years, this book must make you laugh. His conversations with his team-mates from Steven Gerrard to El-Hadji Diouf were simply funny. I came to love him as a man more than even before. The beginning of love with his wife was also interesting... I recommend this autobiography to you a massive Liverpool supporter.
