Awesome... when you get a good one. I personally bought 4 and 2 worked 2 did not. 1. the temp just didnt work and was full speed all the time.. 2. It was a solid 10 degrees off. I called Titan and they where very reassuring they would replace them. overall happy and they work great.

would have gaven 5 starts but it does not work well on some motors & fans like the psc type, would be nice if the type of motors that it works with was listed

Does not work with Can Max Fan Mixed Flow Inline Fan, 8-Inch 675 Unit.It will turn the Fan But it makes the Fan Humm. And when you let it cycle it cannot get the fan turning at Idle even if the Idle is set to a very high speed like on full! When it works its great but it is not reliable and the damage it is trying to cause by heating up the Fan and shortchanging it of voltage is not how you slow a Fan motor.. This is not Ready to be sold .. Please Redesigning this. Or Sell fans that work with it.. Again This unit will not work Correctly with the best fan on the market the Can Max Fan Mixed Flow Inline Fan, 8-Inch 675.Update... This controller is awesome 99% of the time. However, the other 1% nearly killed every plant in my greenhouse. I called tech support about the malfunction: around the setpoint temperature it randomly causes the fan to nearly stall (about 4 seconds per revolution). The tech was not prepared to admit I might have a bad unit, insisting that my fan must be shutting down due to thermal overload. Being a retired engineering tech, I checked with an oscilloscope and extensively tested the Titan Mercury 4 as well as other controllers I had on hand over the last several weeks. I'm 100% sure my fan is not shutting itself down, the controller just drops to a very low voltage for no apparent reason. It does not appear to be overheating either (since the greenhouse is a pleasant 80 degrees when this happens). Calling Titan again...

perfect unit for grow room where heat exhausting is the issue. three modes, two of them for heat exhausting. one cuts the motor out if low temp is met at night and the other goes to idle when low temp is met at night. low temp is 10 degrees below your high temp setting which is perfect. if the outside temp goes up into the nineties the fan blows hard to hold it at the lowest until it drops so it is all automatic. So if you don't want to adjust you fan ever again. it is a great buy. I see on remarks that some got doa units. I bought two, both worked fine. If you buy on Amazon, you cant lose money so what is the danger. no labor involved in the install really.... great product

al principio el dispositivo controla muy bien el ventilador pero después de unas semanas dejo de funcionar, defectuoso y al parecer no tiene garantía en México.

hooked it up 2months ago set it and left it. Needed lower temps so just turned dial down and controller sped up to lower temps.
