The media could not be loaded. It was a DIY attempt, as the service mechanic never turned up in spite of repeated request from me and repeated assurance by him to attend to it. Fed up,I took it to myself when I saw genuine spare parts were available with Arvika. With their guidance, I ordered from Amazon the freezer door together with its frame. It was very easy for me to replace since the spares fitted perfectly to the freezer body.
