The helmet on its own is a good purchase , solid build, nice design , comfortable to wear and the bonus of a pinlock visor included.Now add the Bluetooth to it and you have a great package. Initial linking to your phone takes less than a minute , thereafter it automatically links .Sound quality is very decent and plenty of volume. Non specialist earplugs means you hear music at 70mph albeit not very loud , without earplugs and you clearly hear the music at 70mph without even being at full volume.I've ordered concert earplugs in order to gain maximum benefit from the music whilst blocking out wind noise.Forgetting the Bluetooth for a moment I would say that the wind noise is average for this type of helmet.I also like the drop down sun visor , not too dark , very smooth mechanism- best from any helmet I've previously owned.This is a great helmet , I guess the only issue is that for rider to rider intercom you would need two of these in order to link.Recommended

very comfortable, made of good material, the system works cleanly and is easy to use, unfortunately after a week the charging socket stopped working. Sending it back is another cost because you have to pay and insure it yourself

This helmet is an essential. Speakers work really nicely. Have been using viper helmets for years now and I am happy I upgraded to this model. The USB charging point is super handy and great for touring. I damgaged my charging point (completely my fault) the team were quick to respond and very helpful in getting me and new charging pount sent out.

Absolutely love this helmet, the sound system is good. I used to use wireless headphones which were grand but it's only when you change to this system that you realise the difference, not just with the sound but also comfort and convenience. The pin lock is champion too, the visor never gets fogged up. I was out on the bike the other day and my phone rang, it automatically opened up the call and I had a ten minute conversation with someone,I called them again when I got home and asked did they realise that I was talking to them while on the bike, that person told me that they didn't realize that and though I was talking to them from home.Update, unfortunately after one year the helmet no longer flips open, it is jammed closed. To be honest I'm very disappointed now and will not be purchasing another viper helmet.

A fantastic crash helmet with blue tooth speakers and microphone. Listen to music on the go or talk to another with the same helmet on. Sound is great. Good range on the volume. Only downside was the phone keeps getting answered automatically when using. Need to engage do not disturb every time. Design is very cool too.

Battery life is shocking doesn't even last one hour also all instructions that came with it are incorrect had to Google how to turn it off. This the 3rd helmet I've purchased the same ones and this is the only one with a bad battery life and incorrectly controls. Also cannot get in contact with the seller in any way.. ps I've been waiting almost 14 days now for my refund still no contact with seller after sending item back to them I've had to vhade up my money through amazon stay clear of this seller. After waiting 14 days I contacted amazon to get my refund they refused to give me my money back 5 times called me a liar said I never sent it back when I had proof from dpd that they received it over a week ago had to make stupid amount of phone calls and emails just to get my money back absolutely shocking to be called a liar by a scummy company like amazon is just a joke
