This thing is awesome for my dog and I when running! The pouch sits flat enough on my body that it doesn’t bounce. I have a smaller iPhone and it fits perfectly (could not fit any bigger than the iPhone SE). The clip that attaches the leash to my belt does jingle, which took a bit for my dog to get used to. My dog runs in a “heel” position, so I have to hold the leash in my hand at the mid-leash handle so it doesn’t drag on the ground but it works perfectly. Very strong material. I am impressed with the quality for the price!

I have a 2 year old high energy dog who loves walking, but can pull hard at times, but also walk nicely when there aren't people or other dogs to catch his attention. When it's quiet, the hands free waist band is good for walking, but the short loop is a good safety feature when experincing bicycles, unfamiliar dogs, or crossing roads.

A good strong leash but a bit heavy for running any sort of distances. I like the bungee component of the leash but it also means it's harder to pull back on my dog when he starts pulling. The leash is pretty heavy if you're running with it for any amount of time, but I suppose that also means it's solid and sturdy. The attached pack is perfect for my dog bags and phone and makes running hands free easy. Overall I like the leash I just wish it was a little bit lighter.

If you have a puppy or a new rescue who is not quite trustworthy yet, this is the tool for you! It fits comfortably and is sturdy and I am sure wonderful for runners. But for me, it lets me keep my new dog close to get used to me and stay out of trouble, while also leaving me free to do my daily chores. We are going to visit family for the first time over the holidays, and I feel great about him being able to interact with everyone, while I still have him close and supervised. The pouch lets me have treats always handy to reward good behavior.

The "belt" part fits comfortably and is adjustable. The pouch that comes with it fits nearly every phone size, tho I haven't tried some of those larger smart phones. And the attachment for the dog is perfect, with a bit of a stretchy bungie thing going on. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to run with their dog. This also works well with hiking and backpacking as well, freeing up your arms to keep balance and use poles if that's your thing.

Bought this when I broke a rib. I couldn't walk the dog without her jerking me around and I was not healing. Now my dog can't tug on my arm because she's attached to my waist. I love that it does not drag on the ground, either. Sometimes I need to keep her close and the handle works perfectly for that. I took the pouch off because it wasn't big enough for my phone.

love running with my dog in this! She is about 30 pounds, with a high prey drive so if she sees a squirrel she will try to take off after it. This leash has held up through her pulling and has been comfortable for me to wear. I like the bungee aspect so it doesn't jerk her back. Seems to be well made. The pouch fits my iPhone SE, doggie bags, and car keys.
