It keeps the food on the plate and off the table & floor 😊.
My husband is recovering from cervical surgery and is working on his dexterity. This has helped immensely as the curved edges help to trap the food so he’s not chasing it around or it ends up off the plate. Would highly recommend!

Sturdy but not for my needs
This plate guard was sturdy and fit the plate well. I had to return it, however, as it was not transparent enough for the bedridden patient to see through to scoop the food.

This helps my husband recovering from stroke get food onto his spoon and gives him back a little of his independence
