PERFECT!
I did NOT think this was going to help the pain in my knee and my hip. BUT WOWWW! It’s the bodies WD40! I hate taking more and more vitamins, because for me I don’t feel or see the results right away. THIS! I’m walking on the treadmill and (not that I'm happy about this) mowing the lawn without knee/hip pain and issues. LOVE IT!

This is a great product but I live in AZ and during shipping the product had melted some to where they are usable but not all the same shape
