This is my second time buying this mat! Its big and great quality It catches litter great after my cats are done with the litter boxes.

I have 5 really big cats & when they use the box then leave the box litter is usually everywhere. I have one that's a real "digger" so litter is a complete mess. This mat catches most of it so that it's not tracked to far from the box. I vacuumed it for the 1st time last night & even though some of it got into the little loops of the mat it wasn't a big deal. I will definitely buy this again when/if it ever wears out. Great quality!

First, this is a good thick mat and it does a pretty good job of catching the litter. If you have a cat or multiple cats, this mat are great. Because all you have to do is pick it up and empty it the dirty litter in the trash.

we use it for under a multi cat litter box and it certainly catches everything. for cleaning I just shake it out in the back of the house and hang it on the deck to wash and drip dry. not sure what i'll do come winter but I'll think of something

Love the size and feel of this mat. My kitties use pellet litter and it catches all of it!

UPDATE: i did return the mat for a different type. My cats both continued to try and pee on it. Even under the litterbox but enough overage of the mat left where they had room to pee.No idea why but I laid out the XL mat to let the folding wrinkles settle down. The mat was about 6 feet away from the litter box but one or both of my cats peed on the mat (more than once or both) in the middle of the night. Not sure why that would be? Easily cleaned off, however now I'll attempt under the litter box and see what happens. Can't help but think the mat had been possibly used before and had a scent going on? Was packaged very nicely so it doesn't appear to be used. Will update: also this one is HUGE. I should have gotten a smaller size. I could fit four litter boxes onto this mat.

My cat usually goes outside to do his business but when we aren't going to be home for a couple days we put him a litter pan out. This keeps the litter that he drags out with him and scratches out on this mat. It has ridges that catch the cat litter so that it isn't tracked all over the house. It's also a nice mat for him to scratch on so doesn't scratch my furniture up. It's made of thick materials that are scratch proof and water proof. This is a great value for the money.
