Can this tool be used for plastic rivets or not? Another customer asked the same question but not answered, if not item description should be updated.

I don't know either. I would not buu this tool. It is poorly made and not worth the $. I returned it and purchased an American made rivet gun that worked.

Why can't manufacturers gives us paper instructions with these tools?

Can this tool be used with both aluminum and steel rivets?

It comes with its own rivets but I do believe it can be used for both

the rivet is stuck in gun. How do I release the metal pin?

This tool is a junk, the rivet get stuck and I tried to follow the instructions but the three rivet holder inside won’t even open, I tried with pliers and it won’t even move, this is the second time I tried and my return window is closed. Would not recommend to anyone. I am going to put a review for this item.
