321 STRONG Aluminum Speed Jump Rope - Silver

I'm quite excited about the new jumprope. It looks great, so far it is functioning great. There are two small things I would consider changing/adding. One, lighter handles. They are a tad heavier than I anticipated. Second, darn getting through the cord. I was very thankful I had given myself a little extra length because the ends were somewhat frayed after I was done with the first cut. I couldn't get the small rubber cap back on. I tried again, finding stronger wire cutters and was more successful. Maybe include in instructions? Overall though, it works great and I really like it.

The 321 Strong Jump Rope is the 3rd rope that I have purchased and love it! By far the best out of the ones I have used!I first purchased the "FitFirmFast Jump Rope" which I really liked but ended up giving to my girlfriend. After I handed my rope over to her I wanted to try something new so purchased the "WOD Nation Speed Jump Rope" in August 2016 based off of all the great reviews it had. However, in March I was at my gf's house and had to use the FitFirmFast rope and realized that it was so much easier to use doing double unders. Partly it is better because the WOD Nation rope has longer extensions at the end of the handles and 2 moving bearing joints which causes it to be harder to control where as the FitFirmFast is tighter at the ends and has only one moving bearing joint. So I decided to go back a purchase another one of those but based off of the reviews and it being an amazon top pick I opted to try the "321 Strong Jump Rope" instead.First time using the 321 Strong Jump Rope, I knocked out 50 double unders with ease which was a struggle using the WOD Nation rope. This one has a perfect weight and the bearing speed is seamless without any hiccups. I really like the low profile between where the rope connects to the handles which makes it easier to control. For me, the smaller grips are great too and easy to hold.Overall this is a great product and out of the ropes I highly recommend buying this one.

Very disappointing. Handles came apart after just a few uses.

Thought it was a pretty good and smooth rope but it broke within 10 minutes of first use. Shortened the rope for my height and when tightening the screws one stripped and then fell off as I tried it I use it. I could fix it but i shouldn't have to fix a brand new product. I'm going to try again to fix it. Disappointed.

No doubt durable, but the adjustment is kinda awkward. You have extra rope kinda flailing around by your hands

I've only used a child's jumprope in the past, so this was entirely new. I really love that this jump rope is meant to assist you in your fitness goals but is fun to use while practicing good form. I'm short, 5'5', but this jump rope was very easy to adjust to fit my height (way easier than I thought it would be. I also really appreciate the eBook that was included in the purchase. At first I was skeptical when I saw it was a PDF and the first few videos were to illustrate how to do certain jumping techniques without the rope. But was I wrong. The jumping techniques were helpful to review for good form and as soon as I put the jump rope in, I knew this would be a challenge. I look forward to the weather warming up a bit so I can really dive into more skills and complete the regimens that are outlined later on in the book. Overall, I'm very satisfied with how quickly the purchase came, what was included, how easy it is to use and adjust, and the future personal changes I hope to accomplish with the help of my new jumprope. This jumprope is great. I'm super happy with the quality especially for the price. The packaging was generally non-frivelous which is a huge plus for me. Comes with spare parts and a nice bag to keep everything in. The jumprope also performs very well; significantly better than the operator attempting to use it.
