Great for Gumbo
Cooks evenly and has a large capacity….only thing I didn’t like was the inside of the lid discolored but it doesn’t affect anything

Perfect gumbo pot.
This roaster is very sturdy and large. Great for many different meals but mainly got it for my husband's really tasty gumbo. It will get a lot of use. 😊
