I tried so many conditioners to get my multi-texture hair to behave. This was my last showdown. If this one didn’t work, I was going to cut my hair super short to make it more manageable. This puppy won the showdown. No hair cut for me, just super soft way less frizzy hair that smells great and doesn’t give me itchy eyes. I would buy backups of this in case it goes out of stock. It’s a bit expensive at first sight, but it lasted way longer than I thought. In fact, it makes it less expensive overall compared to cheaper conditioner I’ve used but had to use more of to get anywhere near the conditioning level of this. I’m happy. Mission accomplished.

Great for curly hair!

I received a sample of these products(shampoo and conditioner) in an Allure box- I used them just to not be wasteful, or so I thought. I have super thick, dry, curly (read frizzy) coarse hair and these products have made my hair so soft it’s unreal! I have better curl definition when wearing my hair curly and better shine when it’s straight. The conditioner has a soft sweet orange scent, conditions amazingly, and these refill packs are totally my style since I recycle everything I can. Their website has a hair mask and more items I’m excited to try, and if I can get more travel testers I’m giving them to my friends! Total convert (and I used to use Olaplex which I thought I’d never stop using)!

I love how this conditioner leaves my hair smooth! I comb it through in the shower, rinse and I’m good to go. I really enjoy the natural fruity scent.

I love this smooth line of shampoo and conditioner from Tokyo Lab, and I thought I’d get these refills so that I can reuse the bottle/dispenser.Unfortunately, the conditioner does not come out nearly as easily as the shampoo. It is extremely difficult for the conditioner to get past the thin neck of the bottle.As you squeeze the refill pouch, the thick conditioner tends to back up and makes a mess, no matter what I did.It was such a pain that I had to give up on the refill process, and just use up the product from the pouch.It was annoying, so I won’t be repurchasing these refill pouches of shampoo and conditioner.
