Hi everyone, some years back, got a canon color laser printer for my home office. The printer was affordable but come time to replace the cartridges, sticker shock. My IT friend suggested I try replacement cartridges and they worked great and are so much more affordable.These are my second replacement black cartridges as I mostly print in greyscale. The color ones work great too. When it comes time to replace them, will go right back to this store and brand. Totally works for my home office, zero hiccups. No issues with Canon printer messages either.

Tony,Contacted me and explained that they had addressed the issue with the cartridges not working properly. He had offered to send me a new one - which I was a bit hesitant to do but did try after he explained that the problem has been fixed.I am a few weeks into using the new cartridge and it has been working without any issues.Appreciate that the company cares about their reputation and quality of their products.Hence my update of the review and change of my rating.I will leave the original review below so that you guys know I am not just changing because of a refund or something.Old review: "Unfortunately. It started printing with 2 dark lines down the middle within 30 pages of use. Sending emails to the company has been fruitless. Nobody responded and the Amazon email wasn't answered either. Never use them again."

What a mess. Opened inside packaging to reveal what looks like an ink cartridge that blew up and leaked everywhere in transit. Glad it was in the bag and not in my printer. I’ve ordered a few other brands of generic ink from Amazon. Not sure I’ll be trusting this brand again.

I was very cautious when I purchased this. I also felt nervous before installing this.But it has been fully functional without any trouble. It works perfectly with my Canon MF743cdw.The guideline document I received was also very helpful in installing it without any trouble.I ordered and use the black toner, and the printed quality is pretty good. I cannot distinguish it from other toners. Thank you so much for this great product!

Much more economical option to brand name toner and has worked well.

Setup was super easy. Worked effortlessly and print quality is very good for the price! We will definitely purchase again!

It printed with no errors for a few weeks but then it started giving the error message. Now every time I print, I have to go to the printer and hit several buttons for it to continue. The government ought to step in and make manufacturers stop this nonsense. They did it in the auto industry (who originally said you had to have an oil change at a dealer to maintain your warranty).

The original is way too expensive, and this one does the great job.
