4 large 18in X 24in dumbbell workout charts. Show many different ways to workout with hand weights. Charts protected with plastic wrap so untearable. Hang easily in work out area for easy viewing and good pictorials on how to use the dumbbells. A good Amazon purchase! No complaints.

Each sheet is loaded with different dumbbell exercises covering the full body. More than enough to switch off exercises if you think you are in a plateau. The sheets have heavy duty laminate so they are very durable and should last a lifetime. Glad I purchased them. I plan to put three punched holes at the top of each sheet so I can hang all sheets on a single board because lack of wall space.

In the end I decided to return these, they’re just too big and unwieldy. Still no answers from the seller. I did receive 4 posters as stated. However, the posters are double-sided. A message was enclosed saying the posters have a “bonus side” which is nice to know, but I just started this program and I can’t tell which side is which. The size is big, and would take up a lot of room if I intended to hang them. I’m still trying to flatten them, the message gave instructions. Heat and patience, apparently. Overall, I’m glad to have them. Palace Learning cannot be contacted.

Was very impressed with these visuals. Grabbed them to expand on my dumbell workouts and they are good for that. They give you a image of before and after for the way the workout is suppose to look. Provides a variety of workouts, targeting different muscle groups. Illustrates which muscle groups are targeted with each workout. Can also be mounted horizontal or vertical. Only one meh: Some of the workouts are a little complex and require you referencing the poster often, but once you learn it you got it.

I wanted to hang up something to follow because I go in my home gym in the garage and putz around with the same 3 exercises wondering why I’m not shredded yet. This helps give ideas and guidance for sure so now I should be ripped by next week.

Design is acceptable with a wide variety of exercises. Some better than others. Good wall reference. However, QC isn't great. Bodyweight poster is a volume 1&2 making it useless to put on a wall. In the dumbbell portrait orientation for all three pages are correct. In landscape orientation the volume 1 poster landscape side is just a repeat of volume 2. Someone messed up in the printing. I can deal with it, but I'm not using them in a landscape orientation. Title fonts are mismatched, inconsistent. Just overall a lazy production and QC value for an otherwise utilitarian product.

I did not know these were going to be double sided when I ordered them. Dumbell on one side and Body Exercises on the back. Almost like a 2 for 1 sale. There is two copies of the first page of each set but I'm not complaining at all. 6 for 4 is a great deal for me.

Didn’t realize the posters were front in back, so I literally got twice of what I was expecting. Only thing that would make them better if they did the exercises for me.

Solide achat. Il ne faut pas se fier aux commentaire précédents ! Il y a bien 4 affiches individuelles avec les entraînements. En bonus, il y a aussi un recto avec d’autres entraînement, notamment sans poids.

Hi Received my order was happy about the lamination but very disappointed in having the posters laminated back to back. I can no longer post all the workouts on our gym wall unless we have glass walls that you see through. If I had known that was the case I would have purchased something else.

Just exactly what I had hoped they would be like. Great value
